Perfect date night dish for your meat and potatoes guy! And so flavorful, thanks to the wine, garlic, clove, and broth. The meat is nice and tender, and the vegetables requite some added nutrition. Beloved information technology!

Laura Griffin says:

This beef and irish potato stew was superb! It's very hearty, ane of those "stick to your bones" recipes that will keep y'all full. You don't need to use a lot of salt or garlic powder because the meat and red wine give off natural flavors. This was and then adept, I tin can't look to make it again.

Scott Mitchell says:

Really good. The meat was nice and tender. Very hearty. I added some blackness pepper and some more than common salt and I also used a colorful variety of baby potatoes. Also didn't peel my carrots. Simple and delicious!

Hector Jonass says:

This is about equally straightforward "meat and potatoes" as you can become. Added blackness pepper and used a scrap more common salt and it wasn't quite as flavorful as I had wanted. Pefect low-fuss Sunday dinner, though.

Melissa P says:

Used minced garlic (and lots of it) instead of garlic powder. This recipe was yummy and the kids love it as well. It's so convenient, specially for weeknights, to be able to brand all at once in a single pot.

Loved this meal! We added celery and black pepper. Nosotros substituted chicken broth and scarlet wine vinegar for the cerise wine. Nosotros made and ate it the same dark!

Seems I'k the just not quite happy with this one. 1 loving cup of liquid to 2lbs of meat + veggies? It seemed a bit off to me, but I gave it a effort. The meat came under force per unit area the first time, no problem. Merely when I added all the veggies, information technology only simply would not come up under pressure. I'm thinking non plenty liquid. I added some other cup, after that, it came under pressure very quickly. So problem number one for me, not plenty liquid in this recipe. Problem number two: the meat is far from tender (I got a good cut of meat for this), the carrots are perfect, and the potatoes are all mushy. So next fourth dimension, I'll add two cups of wine/broth, and I'll cook the meat for 20 minutes and the veggies but 2. My recipe was for 6qt and 6 servings. I dearest my mealthy, I just wish the recipes were a flake more than precise.

Succulent! Followed all directions and ingredients. I would've similar a picayune more broth for mine but that is an easy prepare for adjacent time.

We really enjoyed this beef stew, my husband said it was delicious. I'll make it again!

Loved this! A keeper! Added a trivial actress wine. Would add some sliced mushrooms next time.

Melissa Smart says:

This was my first fourth dimension using my Mealthy Pot & it was Amazing!! I used beefiness stock instead of wine, 2 types of potatoes & bagged babe carrots. I doubled the veggies, added one extra loving cup of stock & increased each melt time past 2 additional minutes. My family finished off the unabridged pot.

Absolutely easy and succulent. Probably only pressure cook vegetables ten min, will see.

I know at that place was a lot of positive comments on this recipe but I followed the recipe exactly and it was actually apathetic tasting. I had to add a ton of table salt and pepper to give information technology whatever kind of taste. Deplorable. Non skillful.
